Willard J. L'Heureux B.A., L.L.B., Q.C. - Board
Chairman - Private investor.
Formerly CEO of TriGranit Development Co., Mr. L'Heureux also acted as Managing Director of
TrizecHahn Corporation in Toronto, Canada and London, England between 1996 and 1999. Before
joining Trizec Corporation Ltd., Calgary and Toronto, Canada, where he worked from 1992 to 1996, he
was Vice-Chairman at John Labatt Limited, Toronto, Canada. Between 1984 and 1992 he was a
Managing Partner and subsequently President at the Hees International Bancorp, Inc., (now Brascan
Limited), Toronto, Canada. Mr. L'Heureux started his career as a lawyer at Tory, Deslauriers and
Binnington in Toronto, Canada. He has held Directorships at Fast Ventures, LLP, Budapest;
MarketLink Kft., Budapest and Vertis Environmental Finance,
Budapest.

Simon Bayley - CFO of TriGranit Development Co., a company developing and operating major real estate projects
in the Central European region. Mr. Bayley has a decade's experience in chartered accounting,
consulting and funds management. Previously he was a Senior Manager at KPMG Hungary from
1997 until 1999. Before joining Argosy Asset Management in Melbourne, Australia in 1997 as Client
Manager and Research Analyst, he worked as a manager at Ernst & Young in Budapest, Hungary
between 1994 and 1996. Mr. Bayley started his career at Wise Lord & Ferguson, an affiliate of Ernst &
Young, in Hobart, Australia where he worked as a supervisor in the Audit Department.

Ernõ Duda Jr. - Founder and CEO, SOLVO Biotechnology Previously
General Manager of LP Invest from 1996 until 1999, a Venture
Capital consulting company that worked with high-tech Hungarian
start-ups. Between 1991 and 1996, Mr Duda was also the founder
and Managing Director of Copy General, Hungary's largest chain of
copy centers. He was Vice President of the American Chamber of
Commerce in Hungary in 1998 and 1999 and has been President of
The Junior Achievement Foundation Hungary since 1997. Mr. Duda
teaches management courses at the Open University Euro-Contact
Business School and is the President of the Hungarian
Biotechnology Association.

Zsolt Holló, M.D., Ph.D. - Founder, Chief Operations Officer.
Previously the founder and Managing Director of Genodia Molecular Diagnostic Ltd. from 2001 till 2003,
a major Hungarian molecular diagnostic laboratory company, specialized in human diagnostics and biotechnology services.
He was the Head of Genetic Division at H-Med Diagnostic Ltd., Budapest between 1999-2001. Dr. Holló has more than
5 years of experience in basic and applied research of multidrug resistance proteins. He was a postdoctoral research fellow
at the Division of Molecular Biology, Netherlands Cancer Institute, Amsterdam between 1997 and 1999, supported by an EMBO Long
Term Fellowship. Dr. Holló defended his Ph.D. thesis (related to biochemical characterization of multidrug resistance proteins) in Molecular and Cellular Physiology in 1999. Before 1997, he worked as a research fellow at the Department of Cell Metabolism, National Institute of Hematology and Immunology, Budapest. He obtained his Medical Degree from the Semmelweis University Medical School, Budapest in 1990.
He is an active member of Solvo's Board of Directors since 1999. He has published 15 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and he is the owner of 2 patent applications.

Péter Kardos - Attorney at law and founding member of Solvo Biotechnology
Since 1999 he has been one of the owners of Goodwill Pharma, TRIO-LAB and Medsite CE Kft. He
has been an arbitrator at the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce since 1996. In 1994 he gained
ownership in EURASIA Kft., which owns and operates the Royal Hotel in Szeged. He has been a board
member at Délvilág Kiadó Rt. since 1994. He was admitted to the Bar in Hungary in 1992 and
is now Senior Partner in Kardos-Pető-Törőcsik Law Firm. He was a co-founder of Euroline
Consulting Kft., where he also served as the company's CEO between 1990 and 1992. Prior to this Dr.
Kardos acted as one of the founders of LP Invest Kft.

Attila Reisz - Private Investor.
Currently a management and marketing strategies consultant for technology related start-up
companies. Mr. Reisz was CEO of Index.hu Rt. from 1999 until 2000, where his primary responsibility
was to develop the corporation's targetability for outside investors. Prior to this he worked from 1993
until 1999 at Microsoft Hungary. Between 1996 and 1999 Mr. Reisz served as Microsoft Hungary's
General Manager, during which time the corporation's revenues nearly doubled to 31million USD
(Fiscal Year 1998). He has worked in the technologies and communications sector since 1986, both in
the USA and Hungary. Mr. Reisz earned his Master's Degree in Microelectronics and Technology from
the Technical University of Budapest in 1993. Since then he has served on the Advisory Board of The
International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience. He
is also a Board member of The Junior Achievement Foundation Hungary since 1997.

Zsolt Petõ - Attorney at law and shareholder of Solvo Biotechnology Dr. Petõ is one of the owners of Goodwill Pharma, TRIO-LAB and
NatureMart Kft. He was admitted to the Bar in Hungary in 1996 and has been a Senior Partner and CEO in Kardos-Petõ-Törõcsik Law Firm since 1996. His special fields include corporate and labor law; he has collaborated with American partners on a regular basis and also deals with cases relating to the IT sector.
