Previously General Manager of LP Invest from 1996 until 1999, a Venture Capital consulting company that worked with high-tech Hungarian start-ups. Between 1991 and 1996, Mr Duda was also the founder and Managing Director of Copy General, Hungary's largest chain of copy centers. He was Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary in 1998 and 1999 and has been President of The Junior Achievement Foundation Hungary since 1997. Mr. Duda teaches management courses at the Open University Euro-Contact Business School and is the President of the Hungarian Biotechnology Association.

Norbert Buzás Ph.D., C.Sc.

Professor Associate at the Department of Regional and Applied Economics, University of Szeged. Dr. Buzás is a member of the Hungarian Chemical Society and Secretary of the Innovation Working Group of the Regional Committe of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. He holds Master's degrees in Chemistry (1992), Physics (1992), and Environmental Management (1995). Dr. Buzás started his career in the Department of Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry, József Attila University, Szeged. He worked as research fellow at the Technical University of Vienna, VUB University of Brussels and the University of Palermo. After defending his Ph.D. thesis in 1997, he worked as an application consultant for a scientific consultancy firm. He joined SOLVO Biotechnology in 2000 and is responsible for issues associated with patenting, applications for grants, acquisition of new projects and the environmental application of SOLVO's intellectual property. Dr. Buzás has 28 papers published in scientific journals and he is the author of four university textbooks.

Associate Professor at the Dept. of Medical Biochemistry of the Semmelweis University Medical School, Budapest, Hungary since 1994. Before joining SOLVO Biotechnology in 2002, he worked as Director of Biology at ComGenex Inc., Budapest, Hungary. He was Senior Scientist of VirRex LLC, St. Louis, MO, USA between 2000 and 2001, and worked as Head of the Department of Molecular Cell Biology and Biochemistry at Biorex R&D Co. Hungary between 1998 and 1999. Before 1998, he held various academic positions in Hungary and in the United States, among them position of Visiting Scientist at Northwestern University, Dept. of Pathology, Chicago, IL, USA; and Visiting Research Associate at the Inst. for Molecular Virology, St. Louis University Medical School, St. Louis, MO. USA. Dr. Krajcsi has a Ph.D. in Molecular Cell Biology and in Biochemistry. He has published 31 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and is an author on two scientific textbooks.

Zsolt Holló, M.D., Ph.D.

Previously the founder and Managing Director of Genodia Molecular Diagnostic Ltd. from 2001 till 2003, a major Hungarian molecular diagnostic laboratory company, specialized in human diagnostics and biotechnology services. He was the Head of Genetic Division at H-Med Diagnostic Ltd., Budapest between 1999-2001. Dr. Holló has more than 5 years of experience in basic and applied research of multidrug resistance proteins. He was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Division of Molecular Biology, Netherlands Cancer Institute, Amsterdam between 1997 and 1999, supported by an EMBO Long Term Fellowship. Dr. Holló defended his Ph.D. thesis (related to biochemical characterization of multidrug resistance proteins) in Molecular and Cellular Physiology in 1999. Before 1997, he worked as a research fellow at the Department of Cell Metabolism, National Institute of Hematology and Immunology, Budapest. He obtained his Medical Degree from the Semmelweis University Medical School, Budapest in 1990. He is an active member of Solvo's Board of Directors since 1999. He has published 15 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and he is the owner of 2 patent applications.

Gábor Heltovics, B.Sc, M.Sc, MBA

Mr. Heltovics holds Master's degrees in Biology (1995), Chemistry (1995), and Business Administration (MBA - 2003). In 1995 he won an annual postgraduate research scholarship at Oxford University to study Neuropharmacology. He started his career in Procter & Gamble Global R&D in the UK, where he worked on various research and development projects as a Senior Scientist (1996 - 2001). In 2001, he returned to his native country - Hungary where he has held senior management positions in Coca-Cola and European Clinical Trials Associates. Mr. Heltovics is responsible for business development operations. He is the author of a number of papers and 15 Patents.

Before joining SOLVO Biotechnology in 2006, Mr. Karlinger was the Migration Manager of Diageo Budapest Business Service Center in 2005, while from 2003 to 2005 he worked as the Finance Director of KFKI Rt., where his responsibilities included controlling and managing all finance activities in the KFKI Group, introducing the Management Information System reporting tool, coordinating the cash-flow, treasury and financing activity of the Group and providing support in the Business & Organizational Transformation project of the KFKI Group. Between 2001 and 2003 Mr. Karlinger worked as the Controller of Eastern Countries in EDS EMEA Central Region where he was responsible for three countries' Financial Operation including statutory and corporate functions (22 employees), the business support of all Client Executives, Client Delivery Executives and Client Sales Executives and for Information Technology Outsourcing contract support. Mr. Karlinger obtained his Degree from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences in 1991.
