New On Line Fee For Service Screening (FFSS) Request System

Why have we launched this system?

In response to the rapidly increasing popularity of our screening services we have developed a new client focused process. The first step of this process is to make sure that from the very beginning of the project we align your screening needs with the various service packages that we offer.

This ensures that we deliver on your screening objectives in a fast, reliable and focused manner. In order to achieve this, we have created this on line form to help us better understand your screening needs and objectives straight from the start.

Once you have sent this form on line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your request including a guide price (where available).

A member of the Solvo Business Development team will get in touch with you shortly to discuss the details of the project.

How does it work?

Step 1. - Register on line:
The first time you register, you will be transferred to the form automatically.
You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration details.

Step 2. - Login:
Once you enter your e-mail and password, your details will be filled in automatically.

Step 3. - Fill in the FFSS Request Form:
Here, you will be asked to provide details of

• Your project objectives,
• The number of compounds to be screened with various assays available,
• Molecular weight and solubility of the compounds to be screened,
• Any additional comments you may have.

Step 4. - Submit the From On Line:
Once you have submitted the form you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the content of the form.
You will also notice that the form calculates a guide price (where available) of the screening service that you have requested. This will, of course, also appear in the email confirmation.

Step 5. - We will get in touch with you to discuss and finalize your request.

Step 6. - We will provide you with a written Project Proposal.

Step 7. - We sign a Contract and perform the screening.

Step 8. - We deliver a full Project Report.

Step 9. - We conclude the Project and propose / agree Steps for future projects.

Driving DMPK - SOLVO Stand No.:109

SOLVO will exhibit at Driving DMPK conference, which will be hold at Philadelphia, from May 24, 2005 to May 25, 2005. This conference will bring together DMPK scientists and group leaders to discuss some of the challenges that DMPK departments today face. Novel approaches to solubility and permeability studies will be reviewed in a group setting and special emphasis will be placed on understanding the role of transporters at this year's event. Please visit our booth (booth No. 109), where we are happy to give you an update regarding our assays, technology, and our latest product development efforts.
