
SOLVO Biotechnology is now introducing a new, intelligent, web-based Online Technical Support System to provide a secure interface for all clients and partners!

• All incoming inquiries are recorded and logged with an individual reference code;
• The response is formulated by the lead transporter scientists at SOLVO and the response with a corresponding log number is sent to the Customer via email;
• All technical support inquiries and the formulated responses are stored in a central data management system. This data management system provides company specific subsets of data in the following fashion;
• Major client companies and distributors have access to a secure web site, where all their technical inquiries are saved with log numbers and sorted into different categories;
• A search engine facilitates the quick navigation among the logged questions/answers. With this setup all companies are able to read all questions of their previous interests;
• Distributors have insight into records of all of their clients in their respective territories;
• Questions put by a researcher of a world-wide company are visible (without the person's name) for the researchers of other sites of the same company wherever in the world it is located;
• Entering the secure site a password is needed that is similar to the one to enter SOLVO's 'Registered users only' area. In this way clients and distributors can review and search for support questions of the past;
• The most common and/or important technical support inquiries are promoted to be FAQ page on the website, and are visible for anyone on SOLVO's website without the need of registration;
• The secure project center provides surface for file transfers between individual clients and SOLVO. In this way files of comprehensive studies often large in size can be easily and comfortably accessed by our clients.
The New Technical Support System provides a robust and trusted secure area for all of our clients and partners.
The system will be able to handle any number of companies and these secure company specific web support surfaces will be created automatically for all new client companies!
