Description

Membrane Preparations for ATPase Assays are suitable for drug-efflux transporter interaction studies based on ATPase activity determination, and could be used for differentiation between transporter substrates and inhibitors.

Control Membranes with no, or significantly lower transporter activity are also available.

Membrane preparations for ATPase assays should be used when some knowledge and experience with the method are available in-house. We advise users lacking experience with ATPase assays to use PredeasyTM kits instead. Predeasy^TM kits.
