Monoclonal Antibodies
Description
SOLVO Biotechnology offers Monoclonal Antibodies (Mabs) for a range of ABC membrane transporters.
Mabs are identical antibodies produced by one type of immune cell, and they are all clones of a single parent cell. Mabs can be used to detect or purify the substance they were produced for.
Mabs have various applications, including:
- identifying a protein on a membrane (Western Blot)
- detecting a substance in a cell (Immunofluorescence)
- recognizing an antigen in fixed tissue sections (Immunohistochemistry)
- purifying a substance (Immunoprecipitation)
