Description
The PREDIVEZTM Vesicular Transport Kit is a simple and powerful tool to investigate drug transporter interactions. It provides information on any interaction between the ABC transporter and the drug candidate that would affect the transport of the fluorescent or radiolabeled or cold.
PREDIVEZTM vesicular transport kits are available in three sizes 3, 6 or 9 compound sizes. The kits contain the sufficient amount of reagents and membrane preparations needed for the testing of 3 compounds per 96-well plate. Each kit is accompanied by a CD that includes the assay protocol, an Excel spreadsheet with a data processing template, MSDS and the inhibition curves with reference compounds.
The fluorescent PREDIVEZTM Vesicular Transport Kit delivers major advantages over the conventional radioactive vesicular transport assay:

SOLVO offers two kit versions for testing the interaction of your drug candidate with the P-gp/MDR1 transporter using either radiolabelled or cold NMQ as a probe substrate.
The „hot” version requires the SB MDR1/P-gp PREDIVEZTM VT Kit or the SB Mdr1b - Rat PREDIVEZTM VT Kit and the separately shipped radiolabeled NMQ.
The cold version, the SB MDR1/P-gp PREDIVEZTM LC/MS VT Kit contains all of the reagents in one box.
Please note, that the kit components of the SB MDR1/P-gp PREDIVEZTM VT and the SB MDR1/P-gp PREDIVEZTM LC/MS VT Kits are different.
