The PREDEASYTM ATPase Assay Kits are suitable for drug - efflux transporter interaction studies based on ATPase activity determination, and can be used for differentiation between transporter substrates and inhibitors. The PREDIVEZTM Vesicular Transport Reagent Kits are suitable for efflux transporter inhibition studies. The reagent kits contain the reagents to test the inhibitory effect of one or more test compounds on the vesicular transport of a probe substrate. The fluorescent probe substrate is included, the membranes and appropriate control membranes are available separately.
