The PREDEASY^TM ATPase Assay Kits are suitable for drug - efflux transporter interaction studies based on ATPase activity determination, and can be used for differentiation between transporter substrates and inhibitors.

The PREDIVEZ^TM Vesicular Transport Kits are suitable for efflux transporter inhibition studies. The kits are designed to test the inhibitory effect of one or more test compounds on the vesicular transport of a probe substrate. In most cases a fluorescent probe substrate is included.
