In addition to the main event, this year we will also be hosting a one-day Pre-Conference Workshop on April 10th, highlighting some of the practical aspects of running transporter assays, and featuring the following session:
- Overview of in vitro methods for studying transporter interactions –pros, cons and practical considerations
- Data evaluation and interpretation – pitfalls, FAQs
- Timing and application of transporter studies during drug development through case studies
- Study design based on preclinical data, timing of the study, regulatory expectations and characteristics of the compound(s)
- Q&A discussion panel
The workshop will be held by Senior Scientists from SOLVO with hands-on experience in many different transporter assays and models, as well as data interpretation and other practical aspects surrounding transporter studies. REGISTRATION FEES • Pre-conference Workshop on 10th April: 50 USD, including networking lunch • Main Conference on 11-12th April: Early bird (until 31st January): 200 USD. Standard (from 1st February): 300 USD.
