ReACTS

SOLVO Biotechnology Research and Academic Collaborative Transporter Studies (ReACTS) Program

Call for applications

From humble beginnings 17 years ago, SOLVO Biotechnology has risen to become the world leader in transporter research products and services. We have strived to be at the forefront of transporter research, and take pride in developing the highest quality products and services to support the outstanding work of friends and colleagues in the transporter field. In recognition and acknowledgement of our partners in the field, SOLVO Biotechnology has launched the Research and Academic Collaborative Transporter Studies (ReACTS) program, by which SOLVO hopes to accelerate transporter research through providing transporter reagents to academic and non-profit research institutions at no cost.

Applicants are invited to submit proposals for research projects utilizing SOLVO reagents, which will be supplied free of charge in the event of a successful application. Reagents can include (without limits to quantity, see below for details) membrane vesicles, ready-to-use cell-based products (excluding PreadyPort), and cell lines. In exceptional cases, applicants may request work to be conducted at SOLVO, however applicants requesting reagents only will be looked upon favorably. In addition, priority will be given to qualified and promising junior investigators, and to projects demonstrating novel, collaborative work leading to advances in transporter-related drug discovery and development, drug-drug interactions, and toxicity.

Successful applicants will also be granted free registration to a SOLVO Meet the Experts Conference to facilitate the dissemination of their research. Further details of the Meet the Experts Transporter Conference series can be found on the SOLVO website.
