Mate1 - cynomolgus monkey New
The Mate1 transporter of cynomolgus monkey is an NHP ortholog of human NIS and available in SOLVO’s portfolio. Functionality of the cynomolgus monkey and human transporter are largely overlapping, although differences may exist in transport kinetics and IC50 values. Cell lines overexpressing pre-clinical species orthologs of human transporters can be used to assessing species-differences in compound handling.
